Coming off for a bit need some advice

So I've been blasting and cruising for about 2 years now. I'm just getting tired and my body needs a break to clear my receptors. I could care less about my natty test as I already have a kid and am happy at that.
My thought is to clear out and run a nolvadex and clomid pct as per usual. My thoughts are that I can also run igf1-lr3 and osta-gain while clearing the test and other goodies. Anyone have a good protocol for this?
 
Just run a thorough pct, just start blasting hcg if youre not on it now.
 
I've come on/off year long cycles many times. I just run standard PCT of Clomid and/or nolva. Also HCG a few weeks prior to coming off is good. By doing this, I've never really had any issues, no noticable size loss, of course some loss in strength.

This is what my PCT usually consists of (pretty basic):
I run my PCT for a total of 3-4weeks, some would recommend more, but for me this is fine :

Day 1: 300mg clomid, 20mg Nolvadex
Day(s) 2-11: 100mg clomid, 20mg Nolvadex
Day(s) 12-21: 50mg clomid, 20 mg Nolvadex
 
Great thanks! I'm just wondering about the igf1 and osta to try and take advantage of my post competition rebound. I'd like to keep gaining until I kick in my full blown bulk cycle.
 
Taking a break is good and needed at times....the "fresh receptor" theory is a it skewed via the internet....but that's here nor there...
 
Why come off completely? I would just run a true trt dose of test for a while. I get a kick outta guys who run 300-400mg of test a wek and call it a cruise. Run 150-200mg cyp a week for say 6 months just so you dont feel like dog shit coming off completely. I hated pct. It just isnt worth it to me to put myself through that if i am gonna blast and cruise again anyway. Good luck brother.
 
look up evans thread on MD about coming off cycle. I think its a good idea for you to come off for maybe 3-4 months. Maintain a healthy diet and you'll be fine
 
Like I said I'm just coming off to clear receptors and return to regular cycles as supposed to staying on all the time. I have zero concern for full recovery. I'm just going through the motions to clean out. I just found that my results as far as building mass have become style no matter what dose I run. But I will check it out bro thanks!
I'm looking to make this off season epic as far as pure mass gains. I'm at 210-215 today so I'd like to hit 260 by the time I start dieting for next years show season. I've used the osta-gain or mk2866 with awesome gains and I know igf1 wil set me up for massive gains do to the new muscle cells it creates.

The igf + sarm(osta rx) is pretty effective if done correctly..you don't need AAS or much of it to put on quality...I have one competitor that increased his stage weight by 14lbs in about 10 months on 300mg of test ew...that was the only AAS he was taking...just have to get it all lined out correctly..
 
I'm on hgh have been for 6-7 months. I'm coming off of it for a bit. It's cheap enough but I just want to gain size at the moment the gh keeps me very lean. I want to be fat and happy lol!
 
Have anyone used HGH in or after PCT ?? I think it helps to recover.. Anyway i think its gay to do pct. Dont help much anyway. I believe its good for the body to find home alone. I not need a map and a compass for that.

You doing the right thing bro.... Keep it real in the gym and try to think positive. Its not that hard its only in your mind. I have been there and done the same thing my self. I was away from juice for over 2 years. When jumping back on again it was all most like my first cycle. If i not remember wrong i did use 40-60mg dbol blue harts and 500mg sust aw. And the feeling and progress was sick. If you take 3 months break you wont feel this. But 1 year and up you know what i talk about !!
 
Nice! I've come off many times and the drive in the gym is always there it's what I live for. I am not worried about strength either as I lift for shape not strength. I have no problem putting 35s on the bar for bench press or curling 25s. When you are onstage there's no stat sheet displaying your lifts.
 
I tried to pct once...I think Reagan just got reelected that year....didn't work....been stabbing since..
