Confused on Naps? Hoping this gets answered.

I ordered early (really early) December. I waited the full 21 business days with no complaints because of the holidays. My order has counted down the full "X number of days until delivery" plus some. I hope a Naps rep will PM me since they're on vacation...I busted my ass finding a new source and I have plenty of faith in them. I'm hoping everything comes through!



EDIT: I know I only have two posts here--and I know this will warrant a few of the "He's a troll trying to give them a bad name blah blah blah" but I promise you I'm not. If I was I would've came out the gates blasting them...I just want my order. :)
 
There is another thread in here about it. Read that it will help you....also you will get your products no matter what.
 
I read about the delay and shipping problems for the holidays...I ordered before all that, I'm just wondering why it says "shipped" if it really didnt'?
 
I know when naps was going through their restructure that orders were taking some time...So there are still some lag issues? It's not a problem if there is, I'd much rather get something late than get nothing at all!
 
Naps told me the reason shipments are screwed up is because for the holidays he used an outsource another supplier to ship the orders, the out source lied & said they shipped things when they really didnt, he's fixed it.
 
Same situation here. I ordered in 'early' December, the order says 'shipped', but I haven't received my gear yet. I sent a PM on their website 3 days ago, but still haven't received any response (maybe because they're on vacation?). This was my first order, also.
I'll be patient, I'm sure it will get here.

Yeah, already checked spam. I have a regular email address, also. No hotmail, gmail, etc... I never have any problems receiving emails. Thanks for the input though.

Sit tight bro. You are not the only one waiting on a late order. You will get your stuff. Naps will come through.
 
I'm hoping so. I also have not received any replies to my tickets. Ill keep you all updated.

GXR? Yeah I have to have 20 I think (I've been "lurking" the forums for several months, just never posted) to PM. I'll go out and try to throw the new guys some help.

Update: I received a reply!! I accidently gave them my stock ID so they replied to tell me of my mistake and closed the ticket. I replied and entered my order #, so hopefully we can get this fixed up! Hoping for the best. I'll continue updating.

They gave me a date when they would be open (not gonna post it here) and I'm guessing they'll have to re-ship everything that didn't go out once they open back up...
 
Shipped about a week ago. Hopefully in another 1-2 I'll be back here spouting about how awesome naps is!!! Thanks to all the admins for replying to the posts and to naps so far for keeping me updated. Hoping it's good...
 
You will bro, they are not about to screw anyone no matter how big or small the orders. Everyone will be treated fair an with respect!
