I just picked up the magazine, "Florida Physique's" and read about one of your client's, Danielle Hollenshade.

Its so funny as I NEVER come to open chat...ok, maybe like once every 3 months...and today I decide to check out whats happening and I see your thread! Do we have a Florida psychic bond or something? LOL!

Anyway, thanks for the shout out! Danielle is one of the hardest working clients I have ever had and she deserves her success. She will no doubt make the pros by next year if she stays on her current pace.

She has been training seriously for about 4 years...competing for 2...I've been training her since February to get her ready for the Figure Jr USA, Jr Nationals, and Nationals (had to pull out of this last one due to illness).

Yep, I seem to compel the non-open-chat mods in! :hehe: Unfortunately, I, too haven't been posting much in here as I use to but, here I am!

I believe it about her hard work ethics and it really takes a trainer to motivate her, keeping him/her that way and accelerate to the next level and beyond!

Again, great job and now I see there are links to her pics! Way cool! :thumbs:

I ran into Troy the other day at the gym and as usual, real cool!!! We we're discussing how the Hurricane prevented his flight out of Dallas and how his flight into Dallas was no better. Damn, terrorist alerts!!! :mad:

Thanks buddy. Like I said, she is one of the hardest training, most dedicated athletes I've ever worked with...man or woman.

she looks wonderful! i see a lot of improvement in the recent photos compared to the older fitsights ones. (not that she doesn't look great there too)

The pics in the black bikini were taken the day after competing once she had eaten a good amount of junk/sugar/sodium, so she was actually holding quite a bit of water. However, we wanted to soften her up a bit for the photo shoot and get rid of that harder, grainy look. Her bodyfat was down around 6% for the show. We could have gone lower but she is a figure competitor, not a bodybuilder.
