Ok heres the deal.
I bought some Round Boneless Steaks a week ago. I threw it in the freezer as soon as I got home. Couple days later, I brought it out of the freezer (frozen solid) and laid it on the counter to thaw so I could cook it later. Well, I fucking forgot about it and found it 12 hours later (give or take). It didnt look or smell bad so I refroze it. Good or bad idea, I dont know.
Tonight I cooked it. Still, no foul smell. At least, not an obvious stench. No obvious color change either. However, I might have eaten bad meat, so what can happen?
