just bought some tyson chicken breasts and the bag label says that its
4 oz(112g) = 110 calories
is this the weight/cals after cooked or raw?the chicken breasts are definitely going to be lighter after i cook it what i want to know is that if 110cals is equals to 4oz raw chicken breast or 4oz cooked chicken breast?
do u guys weigh your food cooked or raw?

Good question, but if you don't figure it out from the label you can use calorieking.com to find out the nutrient info. I always weigh my food after cooking it then check it online.

I thought I was off to a great start in my dieting for this year till I seen this  I just grab my chicken and eat it, no weighin and analyzin for me :D. Hmmmm I guess that could be a bad thing :hmmm: But I did give up the beer this year.
