Cornflake cereals

I bought one big packet of corn flakes cerals and outside the cover stated the amount of cals, protein, carbs, and so on. But they seperate them in under 30g and 100g per servings. So howmany grams does one bowl of cereals contain? Is 30 grams considered as 1 bowl?

Good question, I've always been confused by this as well.
My shreddies box is like 700g and that'll last me about a week so I guess my servings are around 100g.
