I've been looking through a lot of the suggested training routines (esp. the power/RR/shock thread) and I noticed that I don't understand what a lot of the exercises are and/or how to do them correctly.
Is there a decently comprehensive guide (website, thread, or book) anywhere that fully explains what all of these are and how to do them right??
