Correct ROM

As a tall guy (6 3") with long arms and legs I???m never sure of what the correct ROM is. This is especially the case with exercises like shoulder and military press. Compared to shorter guys it seems like my ROM is almost double.

The range of motion is diffrent, but only in distance pushed. You may have farther to push it than a shorter person, but the ROM should stay the same. You lift the weight the same as a person who is 5'8". Full extension brother :)
 
All the way down and up again.It doesn't matter if you're 5'8 or 6'3
 
The only correct ROM is full ROM.
