Cottage Cheese Question

The cottage cheese I use is Friendship Lowfat 1%

for 1 cup its 32g protein, 2g fat, 1g sat, 6g sugar

I absolutely love this stuff, so I started having as a meal during the day as well as my bedtime meal. Is it ok if I'm having 2 cups a day, and also having 2 cups of skim milk a day while cutting? Is this too much dairy? The only thing that worries me is the lactose sugars, but does it really matter?

Seems like a perfect meal 1 cup cottage cheese 3/4 cup oats and 1/4 cup almonds and I'm good to go!
 
If your cut is succesfull then there is no reason to cut it out. However, if you see progress slowing down, I would definately start to cut back on the dairy as that will play a huge factor the leaner you get.
