Those are poor fats...you want efa's not solid fats.
Cottage cheese is excellent especially before bed. The casien protein is a very slow absorbing protein and coupled with some efa's it will help to stretch over the sleeping period to keep your body fueled. You grow when you sleep so your last meal is crucial!
