I am losely following a carb cycling diet however on low carb days they recommend no more than 50g of carbs.
I find this pretty much impossible due to the fact I think it is important for u to get your 5-a-day fruit and veg in and this alone will take u over 50g of carbs.
Do u count carbs from fruit and veg the same as other carbs in your diet such as oats, rice, pasta etc.
If so can anyone suggest some low carb fruit options for me?
