Do you guys count the protein from the "Low Carb" products?
Let say you have low carb cereal that contains 12 grams of protein or what I bought recently low carbs muffin mix with 11 grams protein per serving.. You count the protein to the addititional total protein of your meal?

I don't count protein from non-animal sources (except for soy isolates)...

Other ingredients: Unprocessed wheat bran, soy protein isolate, whey protein concentrate, oatmeal grain, vitamin and mineral blend (contains: retinol palmitate, ascorbic acid, DL-alpha tocopherol acetate, niacinamide, zinc oxide, calcium pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, manganese gluconate, copper gluconate, cholecalciferol, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, biotin, chromium citrate, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite and cyanocobalamin) natural flavors, cinnamon, malic acid, acesulfame potassium and sucralose

So, you would count the protein from the above ingredients since it contains Soy Protein Isolates?

since it is a high-protein cereal I would count it...
