It really depends on what your trying to target. I lean forward so its almost like a decline bench angle.
wouldn't that make it a incline angle? because if your leaning forward that'd be like incline and if you were to lean back(i wouldnt see that happening with anyone) it'd be a decline angle.

actually it can be either way, depends on how you do them.

if your scapulae is retracting and expanding it is horizontal if not than it is vertical.
