Shake Recipe Goal -

• Create a low sugar shake
• Make it taste great
• Use the Primordial Performance Sweet Serum - a low calorie sweetener

Double Chocolate

Ingredient List

2 raw eggs

1 scoop (30g) unflavored or chocolate protein (we like to use a casien/whey isolate mix)

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp Sweet Serum

1/4 cup bittersweet dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp bakers cocoa

1 cup water and three ice cubes





Wild Berry

Ingredient List

2 raw eggs

1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein (we like to use a casien/whey isolate mix)

1 tbsp lemon juice concentrate

1 tbsp Sweet Serum

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 cup water and three cubes ice





Mint Chocolate Chip

Ingredient List

2 raw eggs

1 scoop (30g) unflavored or chocolate protein (we like to use a casien/whey isolate mix)

1 tbsp heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp Sweet Serum

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

4 mint leaves (mixed with the shake)

1/2 tsp peppermint extract

1/2 cup bittersweet dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp bakers cocoa

1 cup water and three ice cubes​

I'll definitely give the double chocolate a try when I'm demoing the product. Minus the eggs though - raw eggs doesn't agree with me
