is it a good idea, to run creatine monohydrate while on a 16 wk test prop 100 eod, 400mg deca, possibly var in the mix, or best saved for after? i figure the aas would amp it up possibly, be crazy?? whats ur experience on this fella's? thanks in advance

In my experience, creatine is not even a small fraction of what AAS is. Run it if you like, but I honestly don't think you'll notice the difference. Only thing worth spending your money on in regards to bodybuilding IMO, food, whey, gym membership/equipment, and hormones. Last one is optional of course, but food and whey are the only supps worth the price IMO, I take fish oil and a multi but that's more for overall health and joint support than because I expect it to help me gain anything

Digitalash is correct in stating creatine is nothing compared to AAS. That said, creatine supplementation has been associated with decreased myostatin levels, therefore, it may be beneficial to supplement some creatine during a cycle, especially if it's somewhat lengthy in duration.

so adding creatine around week 8 when myostan levels drop, while i will also be bumping my test is a good idea, i likey l...its one thing to break past the myosten, and another to do it w/more supplements than just upping your test..btw i get cycle get looking results from creatine in general, when off aas..

I don't notice anything from creatine tbh so maybe you will. Upping test dose will do far more than creatine will though I'm confident of that. Run the cre all the way through cycle and pct IMO, no reason to cycle it

I absolutely hate creatine. Long time is was the greatest fade to use among athletes that didn't belong to our world as it was cheap and legal to obtain. However after king usage there were reports of kidney failures, bodies growing due to much water storage and injured joints do to the water retention allowed for loosened around tendons and joints. The body naturally produces creatine when you eat red meat and there isn't any real benefit what so ever from creatine and you WILL loose every single pound gained once you stop using it. Also you will not see any real significant strength gains as creatine main function is repair not build strength. Lastly the stress put on the kidneys is dangerous and could cause major medical problems through ling term use. Grab you some BCAA and glucomsamine with chondritin and you will see more benefit from that commo than creatine my brother. Can you tell I hate creatine!!! Lol. ;

creatine is garbage, never did anything for me. save your money and buy more gear

its not a money thing rather that being off for a couple months and creatine has given me solid rock hard results, that for sure i owe to it,so i was curious as if run in a cycle would the gains still keep coming, no water what so ever, theve been so solid, if summer was here, i wouldn't even cycle, another 5 months on creatine with this growth rate, and id be set.. brings me to question #2, how long can you safely run it, or whats the rule of thumb, nothing on bottles saying length of time to run etc etc.. but 220 caps!!!

i think it helps during pct and while off.i use creatine nitrate not as much bloat and gives good puumps which is good while off.
