Hello,

I hope this isn't too dumb of a question. I was talking to a guy and he is using Creatine Select and Glutamine Select by Beverly Intl. It's been years since I took creatine or glutamine, but I'm thinking of taking them again and am wondering if they are worth the money. If not I'll probably go with Optimum. Any thoughts?

My supplements lately have just been protein and a multi-vitamin.

Thanks for any help.

Its not dumb at all. Beverly is a company that puts out top notch products. I absolutely love Glutamine Select as it gives you not only 5 g of glutamine per scoop, but also 3 g of BCAAs. Since I use both of these, this is quite convenient. As far as the Creatine Select, this is also a fantastic product that I used on and off with SANs V-12, however, I have now switched to CEX (by VPX, who I work for), and this blows them both out of the water. That said, you can't go wrong with either of these Beverly products.

Thanks gopro. I really appreciate your help. I'll probably give them both a shot and see how they work. I imagine I'll get quite a bit of a boost, at least initially.
