happy.

strange. I have been taking creatine for about 2 years straight now.

When I am loading I tend to get real antsy, competitive, and agressive. But I find that it gives me markedly more energy, and seems to raise my spirits a bit. Sure, some of it is due to the hard workouts, but maybe there is something else going on.....

I wonder :bulb: , while yes, I know cretaine is not anabolic, maybe boosting it so high in my body while working out hard boosts my T levels through the roof?

what do you old timers think? :hmmm:

it's purely physchological. creatine has no effect on the endocrine system so it's not causing an increase in test production. you are causing yourself to be more aggressive because you are taking something

I think you shouldn't take creatine for 2 years straight. I would say 10 weeks max. Take a break and make sure your body doesn't become dependant on it.

its in your head man

Well put. Also, if you have been taking creatine for 2 years straight, im sure your body has adapted to the supplement and it isn't affecting your body in any way.
