This has been discussed before...run a search...BUT...IMO...I don't think it should hinder fat loss....may give you a little water retention but that shouldn't be a big deal...unless you're competing. Basically, taking creatine may help you maintain a little more energy during your training.
Creatine is of great use while cutting as it will help maintain lean muscle and workout energy while on lower calories. Just make sure to simply use straight creatine monohydrate or a creatine delivery system that does not utilize any sugar (or at least very little). Its hard to get cut on a product like Cell Tech, with its 75 g of sugar per serving!
