please critiqe my routine...here goes :nanner:

monday:
incline db press 4x8
decline db press 4x8-10
flat chest flys 3x6-8

military press 5x6-8
reverse flys 2x8
lateral raises 2x8

bench underhand grip 4x6-8
overhead extension 3x6-8

wednesday:
suqats 4x5
legpress 3x8
sld's 4x5
leg curls 3x8
calfraises 4x8

friday:
bentover rows 3x8
yates rows 3x6-8
chinups 3x8
lat-pulldowns 3x8
rack deads 4x5-6

shrugs 4x6-8

bb curls 3x8
one-arm preacher curls 2x8 --> <--preacher hammer curls 2x8(switch every workout)


and i will throw in some forearm and ab work from time to time :D
 
u must be one of those freakishly strong freaks with those numbers
 
anyone wanna critique my workout? the stuff like 4x6-8 is 4sets of 6-8reps
 
i will give $20 to the 8th person that says its perfect

Okay first of all I think you should start off by changing things up all the time. The key to this game is VARIETY. Doing the same workout every Monday/Wednesday/Friday won't get you too far, bro. You'll stagnate fast and its very frustrating. Anyway, I wouldn't do 2 DB presses for chest 1 is enough. And I would do my reverse flys with my lats, just personal preference.

wednesday:
suqats 4x5
legpress 3x8
sld's 4x5
leg curls 3x8

Not a bad session at all, but again, change it up on a regular basis.

friday:
bentover rows 3x8
yates rows 3x6-8
chinups 3x8
lat-pulldowns 3x8
rack deads 4x5-6

bb curls 3x8

Bentover rows and Yates rows together is too much, alternate week to week, etc. Chin-ups and pull-downs together is again just too much vertical pulling in the same session, alternate week to week. Rack deadlifts and shrugs look good, though. And I would include a hammer curl or a reverse curl in your biceps routine.
