critique my bulking diet

hey guys! I would like to have some feed back on my diet,wich is the following:

meal 1
Protein shake with water
Peanut butter sandwich

meal 2
grilled chicken breast
12ounce chilli

meal 3
grilled chicken breast
6-8ounce sweet potatoe

meal4
7 ounce turkey breast
vegetable
sweet potatoes

meal 5
chicken or eggs
medium serving of brown rice

meal6(ocassionally)
protein shake

Thats it people! Please let me know what im doing wrong and what im doing right.Ohh,and the reason why I only use slow digesting carbs is becuase I tend to gain a lot of fat if I use fast digesting ones.I forgot to add a protein shake postworkout with a gatorade :D

Stats:215lbs,15%-20% bodyfat,workout 4 days a week.Also.should I include any light cardio???? thanxxx
 
From what I have read around here and from what you posted, looks like you need to eat more and vary your foods.
