Ok I'm about 130 and my bf% hasent been taken correctly yet, but my goal it to cut body fat and get cut, I'm not into bulking at all yet.... so here it goes

Breakfast - 3 Eggwhites w/o yolk, dash of pepper
1 Carb Counting Toast (60cals 9carbs, 3fiber,
4gprotein)
about 1 cup of CC Choc Milk (12g protein)
1 fish oil capsule

Early Lunch - 2 CC bread, 1 serving alb tuna, light mayo, lettuce,
cucumbers, broccili
12oz Crystal Light Pink Lemonade

After School - (same as above + 1-2 fish oil capsules)

Dinner - Chicken salad, 1 breast + salad + ff itl dressing
1 fish oil
Water / crystal light

...about an hour later an apple

Post workout - Tuna out the can + nat PB + 1 fish oil
CC Choc milk/crystal light

Please leave any helpful comments, I think there is room for improvement.

By the way, My cal intake should be around 1600 plus I am a teenager and I have an awesome cardio workout from wrestling and I weightlift as well.

I would switch that CC bread for old fashioned oatmeal. better for you. and you need those carbs.
Early Lunch - 2 CC bread, 1 serving alb tuna, light mayo, lettuce,
cucumbers, broccili
12oz Crystal Light Pink Lemonade
ditch the CC bread again.. you need real carbs for fuel for your workouts. brown rice would go good here.
After School - (same as above + 1-2 fish oil capsules)
again, I wouldnt go with the CC bread. stick with lean protein, veggies, and healthy fats.. you need more EFA's. the fish oil caps are great but add in a tablespoon of another healthy fat soucre somewhere BUT not postworkout
Dinner - Chicken salad, 1 breast + salad + ff itl dressing
1 fish oil
Water / crystal light

...about an hour later an apple
move the apple to dinner. is this preworkout meal ?
Post workout - Tuna out the can + nat PB + 1 fish oil
CC Choc milk/crystal light
NO fats post workout, NONE!! and you need carbs after training too! lean protein as well. brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potato, etc. and YES even this late in the day! your muscles need those carbs after training! take advantage of that window of oppurtunity post workout.

Please leave any helpful comments, I think there is room for improvement.

Just out of Curiousity, why @ 16 and 130 lbs do you want to cut?

I would just focus on a balanced and healthy diet and weight training. You would be amazed with what some muscle mass will do to helping you look more cut

Just my $.02 :D

I agree! your 100% right.
this is the OPTIMAL time in your life to make some great gains! :)
Im only 19 and started lifting when I was 15, I take that into account for how far I have come. your still growing.. take advantage of that!

Abs are made in the kitchen, and to get them I need to cut body fat.

As for my fats, I guess i can add in some olive oil with the salads, ill take out the fats from my post workout, and yes the apple is preworkout.

thanks again for you help

New muscles will enhance fat burning, as well as help define the muscles, that you wish to showcase.

I used to be like you in wanting to lose weight all the time, the best thing I ever did was try a bulk, it opened my eyes on how my body works.

At 16 you have a lot of natural hormones running wild, with a clean diet and weight training you would see some amazing progress.

Good Luck :thumb:
