Critique My diet plz!

Hey I'm new...I've been in the gym for almost two months now. I am seeing some gains (w/ weights) but I fear that my diet is not that great. I am looking to cut some body fat and gain muscle mass. Is that quite possible? Should I try to gain muscle then cut later? I just lost some weight and I'm afraid of gaining it back.

Here goes:

Meal 1: 3 egg whites 1 whole egg, Oatmeal (not instant) w/ half a banana

Meal 2: Whole Wheat Pretzels, almonds, and fruit (strawberries or banana)

Meal 3: Tunafish Sandwhich (or lean turkey, pastrami) on whole wheat bread

Meal 4: Myoplex Shake (regular, not low carb)

Meal 5: Chicken breast w/ peppers, onions, and broccoli (sometiems substitute new potatoes for pepers and onions)

Meal 6: Oat Bran cereal w/ half a banana or High Protien Cereal
 
Its best to focus on 1 thing at a time, muscle or fat loss; however, because you are new to this it is quite possible to do for a short amount of time.

What are your current stats. I see alot of changes that can be made ;)
 
Well I'm about 5'6-7 and weigh 135-140

I have no idea what my body fat is...I know that doesn't help much.

Just want to get a good idea of what to eat. :D
 
At that bodyweight, I wouldn't worry about the little bit of fat you have. I think you should concentrate more on bulking at building muscle.
 
Ok sounds good to me, what should my diet be like? Be specific because I'm almost clueless :D
 
How bout you start at the stickies titled Guide to Cutting & Bulking. We don't create diet plans sorry. You need to learn for yourself and read. Read through those stickies and come up with a plan, once you have one, post it and we can help critique it for you. Good luck :D
 
ok...I have been reading but they all say different things...sucks! I'm being pulled in every sort of direction....
