hey guys, i recently took some new pictures after slimming down... i know i need plenty to go... but im a hard worker. Comments, suggestions and critizism welcomed...

Looks good to me especialy the upper body. The lower half you could hit harder, but your shorts are to long to see your thighs.

Scotty might want you to take them of and wear a thong. This would please him!

a thong eh? eheh... i went from a 34-35 to a 32... im bulking again now, get my weight up to 175 with 10% approximately... my legs do need work, im working my calves specially, very hard. Thanx guys.

Looks pretty good bro! I agree with Mule though, from what I can tell your legs are on the skinny side but, "If you build it they will come." And I have no doubt that you are working hard on them. But over all you look great. Keep up the good work!

Seriously though, your looking good, I found that Squatting realy helped build up my legs fast.

Would someone please tell me what is up with the newspaper thing. I don't understand why every before and after picture the person is holding a newspaper. Anyone....anyone....

They want you to see the dates the pictures are taken. Newspapers are a good way of showing the date the photo was taken. Either that, or he's on his way to the men's room.
