back squat: 4 sets
bench press: 4 sets
pullups/pulldowns: 4 sets
legcurl: 3 sets
accessories- bi curl, calve raises, abs
day 2-
deadlift: 4 sets
bb rows: 4 sets
oh press+dips: 4 sets
legpress: 3 sets
accessories- tri work, shrugs/lateral raises, abs
2x per week. i'm i undertraining or this ok?
