This is my chest/back workout for today. Please crtitque it before I do it again on friday.

One arm Isolateral row on the hammer strength machine
55 x12 70 x8 90 x6

Lat Pulldowns
120 x12 130 x8 150 x6

Back Hyperextensions
25+BW x12 45+BW x12 70+BW x10

Straight arm pulldown
70 x12 80 x10 90 x7

Shrugs
130 x12 140 x10 150 x8

Flat bench Dumbell Press (Will do barbell bench if i got with a partner)
65 x12 70 x10 80 x6

Incline bench
115 x12 135 x8 155 x6

Cable Flys (in a downward motion)
40 x12 50 x8 50 x8

Cable Flys (in a horizontal motion, parallel to the ground)
40 x10 40 x8 50 x5

Please don't say P/P/L. I am doing a Chest & Back/Legs & Shoulders/Arms and cardio split and will be trying this out for 4 months to see how it works.


Edit: Just a note, my arms day includes 3 reps for biceps, 3 reps for triceps. Thats it. I get enough of an arm workout during chest and back days.

Not bad, but I would probably toss the hyperextensions on leg day and throw in another pulling movement instead. Some rear delt work might work in this case.
