Cuban pulled-pork recipe

I'm looking for an authentic, and traditional, Cuban pulled-pork recipe. I've done a search and found a great many recipes, but many of them are so different. I have no idea which may be authentic. I do realize that there may be different Cuban recipes for it, but I want to make sure that the one I try is indeed one of the authentic ones.

God, I could eat pulled pork everyday. I used to get pulled pork burritos when I lived in Texas. So good. Anyways this recipe looks solid.

This mexican I knew made the best shredded beef quesadillas, he braised the beef just right and slow cooked it and then shredded it and broiled it so some pieces had a little crispiness too, then he used hand made tortillas and 3 cheeses, smoked cheddar, mozzarella and pepper jack...
