Here's another good one. Apologies to users of other forums (grin).
Average Lifter Meets Powerlifter - YouTube

I think I watched 'em all... the one where the kid asks if he uses creatine then says "I knew you weren't natural bro" when he says yes is so real life. I've met people who think any supplement is akin to AAS, jaw-dropping idiots.

All the pl'rs in my gym would make you move out of the wrack.....

There are unwrittin rules in the gym and that's 1 of em.

The instructions for you-tube imbedding is a stickie in the open chat forum.

Truly funny and worryingly accurate videos lol. Number 4 is my favourite.

Is that the one where the kid says he's gonna bring his MMA crew? If so thet's my favorite as well.

But what about doing standing press behind neck?

Shoulder presses or french presses are fine on the regular squat racks but probably not adviseable in a cage because the ceiling might be too low and I know my gym has only one cage but two angled squat racks. I actually don't have a problem with people doing whatever in the angled racks because they are not in short supply. I was referring more to the actual safety cage that is used for squats and rack pulls for the most part.

People who do ANY movement that requires less than 2 plates on the bar, should keep their skinny asses out of my squat rack!!!!:shooter:
