Hello everyone,
Currently I'm working out 5 or 6 days a week for about an hr per day and trying to eat 5 times a day. Used to pack a few sandwiches to work but lately I've been resorting to TV Dinners to bulk up and I noticed they have a lot of sodium. I do sweat during work out but I'm thinking I might end up getting too much sodium in me. Is there anything I can do to help remove the sodium? I try no to eat all of the sauce and such in those meals and drinking a lot of water is supposed to help right? Thanks
