been eating 2300 for 10 days...scale has not moved..(maybe with the high tren i'm recomping a little)

If i drop any lower, i would end up on KETO just to get the right amount of protein daily...

cutting is some bull bro.. i try to cycle carbs and on my low carb days i want to smash all the food in the house and eat everything bad haha. but i don't cause i have self control but all i can think about is pizza, crab rangoon, and whatever else you shouldn't eat. i have to go to bed starving sometimes which sucks mad dick

If you don't eat fat and burn fat, you lose fat.

Rule #2

If you lose fat and don't eat fat, you don't gain any fat.

I'm just blowing off some steam...I've certainly cut before...but after running a bulk "on" gear at 4200 cals....it's just miserable to cut down so low...and i suspect i will need to drop to 2000 cals....

How much fats you do or don't eat has nothing to do with it. I agree though if you do enough cardio to burn those cals instead of eating less its a bit more bearable. Eat lots of veggies and water to keep your stomach full and maybe take some EC stack to keep appetite down and energy up

I'm carb cycling.... it sucks!!! Day 1 no carb, Day 2, 3 of 6 meals with complex carbs... Day 3 4of6 meals with complex carbs.... peice of fruit and a veggie at erry carb meal...

I'm on day 3.... lol
 
Consider an NYC stack with that. Or EC if u can't get it but it's easy.

Or chop your Test in half, keep the Tren where it's at, and enjoy the ride!

look at the mirror, not the scale.. you shouldn't lose much scale weight with what you are taking,,,, but you should be losing a shitload of fat!!!!
 
I'm cutting natty and I'm seeing great results and never feel hungry. It all comes down to diet, with some training and cardio :winkfinger:
 
You're probably just recomping. The calipers will tell the story. Give it another week or two. At your stats, two of those little tick marks on the calipers adds up to something like 5 lbs of fat, so you'd be on a pretty fast cutting rate to be able to confidently be sure your calipers moved after just 10 days.

I would rather increase my training and cardio volume than cut calories any day. Starving sucks. A daily 500 calorie deficit is not hard to create by increasing training volume.

You're taking a lot of gear, so you can handle a lot of volume. An hour on the stationary bike at 145-155bpm is a breeze to maintain; you can comfortably watch a movie while creating a calorie deficit.
