Cutting calores, do i really bother with cardio ?

Hey all,
I was wondering what best way to cut is ?

Should i cut calores and not bother with cardio and just add difference in for calorie surplus for weight trainning days ?

Keep cardio and have calories at maintenance level and just add difference in for calorie surplus for weight trainning days ?

But people say cardio will likely simulate metabolic rate better.

Because i know your suppose to have calorie cut of about 300 or more and with cardio and weights i know it will create too much of cut.

So is it better to create calorie cut through cardio and weight lifting ?

what's your goals? are you cutting or bulking?
When you're bulking you have a caloric surplus whether or not if it's a cardio (some people choose not to do cardio while bulking) or a weight lifting day and your goals are to add some mass.
When your cutting you go at a caloric deficent once again whether it's a cardio or weight lifting day, the best way too cut is to keep calories as high as possible (so your metabolism dosen't slow down) and get lots of exercise (eg. cardio 4-5 x a week) or just try and have a overall active lifestyle.

read the sticky at the top of this thread called "guide to cutting,bulking and maintenance" it'll give you a better idea.
