I was wondering what best way to cut is ?
Should i cut calores and not bother with cardio and just add difference in for calorie surplus for weight trainning days ?
Keep cardio and have calories at maintenance level and just add difference in for calorie surplus for weight trainning days ?
But people say cardio will likely simulate metabolic rate better.
Because i know your suppose to have calorie cut of about 300 or more and with cardio and weights i know it will create too much of cut.
So is it better to create calorie cut through cardio and weight lifting ?
