ive been cutting 10 weeks now, on low carb, hi protrein, hi fat diet, except saturdays, i load up on carbs and cals. im losing at a steady rate, about 1-1.5 a week, while maintaining most muscle. my question is how important is post workout carbs while cutting? i switched my pwo shake to all protein, no carb, low calower calorie (isopure) from higher in fat and carb shake (muscle milk).
also, i train first thing in early morning on empty stomache.
