Well, I have about 15 packets of MRP left, so I figured I'd use them. Once I run out, I'll make my MRP's instead of buying more.Jodi said:Yeah, why not make your own MRP instead? Whey, oats and natty pb. And if not, then why the oats with that meal? Other than that, it looks good to me.
I added oats to that meal because the MRP only has 25 g of carbs and I wanted to add 25 more.
