Hey im on a cutting routine but i tend to drink a lot of milk. It is high in sugar but also high in protien. should I ditch my milk? Also i tend to drink it 1L per day.. all at once is that bad.. it works out to about 500 calorie meal

THANKS!

If you are still making progress then I see no problem. Once you begin to stall in progress then you may want to look at it.

How much milk are you talking about because it WILL have negative effects on your cut.

I drink 1 litre (is like 2/3 of a gallon) everyday.

You say it WILL have a negative effects so I will avoid drinking to oomuch while i cut.

THANKS!

Yeah, you should still have some dairy but not as much as you are drinking.

It depends on the rest of your diet if it will affect your cut or not.

Just try to get fat free milk, because the fats are not good fats anyway.

At 80 calories with 8g of protein(1 cup) and vitamins, I don't think you have to keep it out of your diet.
