I am going to be cutting dairy out of my diet for the last couple weeks of my cut and have a couple of questions:
- Do eggs count as dairy? I think I read the reason dairy is removed during cutting cycles is because they are high in sugars. Eggs don't contain any or large amounts of sugars.
- For my bedtime meal, I usually make a shake consisting of 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 3/4 cup milk, and 3/4 scoop whey protein. I also usually take 3 fish oil caps and a tablespoon of natural peanut butter. How would you guys suggest I alter this bedtime meal for the last couple of weeks?
For those who have cut dairy out of their diets completely while cutting, are the differences pretty noticable? For my last cut, I had kept in dairy and gotten good results. Should the dairy make a noticable difference? And if so, how quickly would the effects of sans dairy dieting appear?
