Once someone decides on a p/f/c ratio that works for them, in general how many calories below that required for their BMR should one go during a cutting phase?? And I'm a female if that makes a difference.
Don't worry about your BMR. Know what your maintenance level is and start out a cut around 200 calories or better yet 10% less than maintenance. Then decrease as needed.
Jodi...I have still yet to learn how to subtract calories ....cause everyone I know knows that I love food way too much....I just increase my cardio sessions and limit my starch when it comes cutting time...I find this seems to work out well for me
