I'm almost finished bulking while doing bill starrs 5x5. I was wondering, when I start cutting, what should I look for when I build a cutting routine? I've never cut in my life, so I'm a bit unsure as far as this is concerned.
I want to maintain as much muscle as possible, do I go for the same kind of volume that I was doing during my bulk? Would I up the frequency of workouts per day?
