I hear alot on these forums about people cutting without cardio. Ive cut before, but had to use plenty of cardio to get the fat off.
Im interested inhow people manage this without cardio. Would people be able to give me what an example days diet might be, and also what their general activity level is throughout the day if they arent doing any cardio?
Would just like to know what the diet would have to look like to not need any cardio.
