Cutting with no Cardio?

I hear alot on these forums about people cutting without cardio. Ive cut before, but had to use plenty of cardio to get the fat off.

Im interested inhow people manage this without cardio. Would people be able to give me what an example days diet might be, and also what their general activity level is throughout the day if they arent doing any cardio?

Would just like to know what the diet would have to look like to not need any cardio.
 
1. 500calories less than maintenance level.
2. Heavy lifting, with reduced volume, for muscle retention
3. Cardio 1-2 times a week for other heath reasons, NOT calorie burning

Simple as that.
 
I have to drop my calories relatively low and also add cardio to get the fat to shift. I cant imagine dropping the food much further, although I suppose I could get it lower.

Can I see an example diet?
 
can not exactly give u an example diet , as this is based on you

all you need to do is find your maintenance calories

subtract 500 from that and thats your daily intake

make sure you digest at least 1g of protein per lb of LBM and half a gram of dietary fat per lb of LBM

heavy weights low reps, and lower the volume of your workout
