I am going to cut down for graduation. The only thing is that Ive never really cut bf% much before. Rate now im 18 6'2" 200lbs and about 18%bf. Currrently bulking. The lowest ive ever been was 172 back in september when I got out of basic training.

I want to know how much fat I can loose (aprox.) by the 1st week in june and when I should start cutting. I want to be as cut as possibal for graduation, prom, and that stuff.

I have a pretty clean diet but whare I am bulking I do have a few to many sweets. I know that when I start cutting I need to cut them out and be compleatly clean eating.

Is there any fat burners out there that actually work? Im not looking for a magic pill that will do the work just maby something for energy, or a little help. I have heard melting point is good. But noone told me how it actually worked. I like to know exactly what Im putting into my body and what it will do.

Thanks ahead of time

Start cutting ASAP - it will give you more time to get cut. ;)

How much you can lose no one can say - but at the moment you are at 18% - which means you have ~36 pounds fat. So if you want to get to ~10-12% - say you drop to 185 pounds (15 pounds lost) you want need all of what you lose to be fat...

It is going to be hard....

But I would aim for 1-1.5 pounds/week.

Caffeine, ephedra, yohimbe, bitter orange... They are the 'not so dangerous' ones that work pretty well (good for appetite too).

Do some research on these...

For specific products you would be better off asking in the supplement section.

I respectfully disagree on stacking those two products together for obvious health reasons. Just my opinion though. Like Emma stated, do some serious research on those two before deciding to supplement them.:)

 I NEVER said to stack these... I just said that these were the ones that worked.

Stacking those two would be a recipe for a heart attack (hello synergistic effect on sympathetic drive!!).

As I said - he needs to do some research.

Okay, technically, that is true; however, you never stated to take them individually either. :)

Emma don't mind him. He loves to misquote people and start fights.
