3) Years of Consistant Training experience..... 25 yrs
Have competed 5-6 times in NPC 2nd 3rd 5th.....Light Heavy and Heavy
4) Previous Cycle experience.....2-3 cycles 7 yrs ago...using Test Enanthate up to 2,000mgs wk(way too much) Deca 300mgs week. Never tried any orals....never had access or got fake d-bol, Never tried Trenbolone
Got up to 245lbs....benched 350lbs @ 6ft tall
5) Training routine and Diet Past = 4 days a week. Now= 3 days a week(Honestly mostly upper body...have always had muscular legs)
6) Cycle Goals.....Size (but not fat....or too much water), strength, non-sore joints, Bigger guns, Bigger Delts & Traps, Wider/Thicker back
Have Deca on hand. Waiting on some Test Cyp and Clomid....but before I really start, looking for some opinions....add anything? Amounts per week? How long?
