I?m 33, I do one cycle per year for the last 10 years. I tried nearly everything in the smallest doses possible.
200 lbs, 5?10 -
goal- endurance and strength gain for MMA
2 hours of lifting daily, 45 minutes of high intensity cardio.

Looks good to me. Eq for endurance is great. Just keep an eye on your rbc. I see you pct afterwards. Do you get bloodwork to see if you recover each year after the cycle? One cycle each year for the last ten years, do you keep much of the gains after cycling off?
