planning for a builking/strength cycle. im 30 yr old, 6'1, 195lbs. done several cycles in past.

tren a 100mg pinning ED week 1-14
super test 350 (175 prop, 175 cyp) 2x/week (monday & thursday) week 1-12
dbol 60mg ED ***debating on whether or not to kepp this at 40mg*** week 1-4

have clomid and nolva on hand for PCT. have used tren a and this test blend in the past with no sides.

i typically do 30-45mins cardio everyday, should i cut back on this throughout the cycle? i would prefer to stay lean. diet is on point but feel bloated eating more than 3000 calories a day. should i increase caloric intake?

any advice would be appreciated. thanks fellas!!!

I would think you are better off pinning the super test more frequently (3xweekly or eod) even if you pin less at a time.
Also, when it comes to cardio, you will find that the tren will tell you how much of that you are capable of.
At 100mg ed of tren acetate you might just have to say goodbye to cardio alltogether.
With that being said, you will see significant recomping effects even without cardio.
 
Looks good only change is I would actually pin the super test ed even if at such a small dose. I believe blood levels stay very stable at ed injects. Besides that I say you're set bro
 
so if i change to pinning super test ED, should i keep it at 350mg/week?

generally, you'd want to be at least 50mg daily of prop and 500mg weekly of cyp. if you can pin ed or eod and endup somewhere along those lines you should be alot more stable which should really help you out.
 
so if i pin 1/4 cc of my super test 350 ED, that would put me right around your daily recommendation for prop but a little short on your weekly cyp recommendation. i can do that. should i up the tren A also or keep it at 100mg ED? some of the research i have done listed sycles with more tren than test so wondering if i have enough tren in my routine...thanks again, your advice is very appreciated!
