cycle update

started my first cycle alittle rough, but im into week 8 and the last few weeks has been smooth, i did have some mood swings and some other problems at the beginning but everything is all good now, gained 23 lbs so far, lots of lbs gained on my squat deadlift and bench press. i got 4 more weeks of this cycle then a couple weeks off and starting pct.

i'd like to say thank you to rippedgolfer, thecaptn' and alot of others that were quick to reply with help and advice, thanks guys i really appreciate it.

40mgs dbol weeks 1-4
 
Nice work! 23 lbs is really good. Get the most out of the last four weeks bro! I'm in PCT now. I started creatine at 10 g a day and it's helping me keep my weight and strength up.
 
Rippedgolfer how pounds is he going to keep? 19 of it? Or can some maintain it all? Will creatine maintain it?

im expecting 7-10 more lbs in the next 4 weeks, what are your thoughts about upping the dose to 600mgs ? and am i expecting too much for the next 4 weeks ??

If it ain't broke, then don't fix it. Sounds like your current dose is doing well. No sense in changing it. Higher dose comes with more sides so if you do, be prepared.
 
At week eight you will stop gaining unless you up your test. I really doubt you will see ten more pounds.
 
When you dropped the dbol did your gains stall a little? Did strength go down? That's what I've experienced so far. I upped my test to 750.

strength wise no ive been getting stronger ever since i started my cycle, but i did switch it my diet a little bit after the dbol so that couldve been it. hows your cycle ? any sides ?

Pretty good. Nothing bad to speak of yet except a little strength and weight loss after I dropped the bol. But it seems to be back up to par today strength wise.
