I was looking into cutting since the summer is near, but realized Im still kinda skinny. I could use the extra weight so I'll continue to bulk.
I have no problem with eating the same foods everyday, but I will be switching up flavors for sure.

Stats: 26, 5'10", 182lbs, 14%bf

Breakfast-
4 Eggs
2 Slices of cheese
1 Cup of oatmeal
1 Cup of OJ

Post-Workout-
Protein Shake 33 grams
1 Cup of strawberries
8 OZ of milk

Lunch-
8 OZ chicken breast
1 Large baked potato
1 Cup of lettuce/dressing

Snack-
10 OZ canned tuna
2 OZ of almonds

Snack-
10 OZ Tilapia
1 Large baked potato
1 Cup of lettuce/dressing

Dinner-
8 OZ Steak
1 Cup Brown rice
1 Cup of Broccoli

Before Bed-
Protein Shake 33 grams
1 Large Apple

Total Calories = 4663... Fat(g) = 175.8... Carbs(g) = 160.4... Prot(g) 394.4
 
check the fat content in the protein too. Seems to me the fat amounts are a little high. and if you are adding sour cream or butter to your baked potato your adding even more. Other than that its a decent meal plan, you can't really cut any dairy, beside the two slices of cheese.
