well im back from texas! been gone 20 days helping restore power. Why isnt there anything in the news bout those poor ppl. Anyways i took my gear with me this trip and althought my workouts were weak and not very long i am hoping i can pack on a few lbs now that im back home. the hotel i was at didnt have much only upto 50lbs in dumbells and a few machines. i was working 16hrs days so wasnt very strong once i made it to the room. my question is should i have just stopped use while gone then start again? i klnow this ? is late but just wondering what you guys think. monday will be week 4 in a 10 week test 8 week deca cycle. did i screw up bad or do i have time left to blow up?
