But anyway, so you gave him your order number and he tracked it, then he got back to you and questioned whether or not you were being honest?

I'm sure you're leaving something out. Did he say the tracking showed that it was delivered? Then he "accused you of lying"?

Because I've had him run down a pack for me once recently and he said it was stopped. naps resent it and I got it pretty quickly. He was very friendly and polite, so it just doesn't sound like something he would do...at least not without good reason.

I doubt he would too unless you left something out like bmw said......I have been back and forth with GXR regarding my order that was "shipped" on Jan 11th and also Naps customer service. I have yet to receive anything, and that includes a customs letter. I am a 1st to Naps as well. GXR and cust service both have been very helpful and polite. I was told my package was reshipped and a tracking number would be available within 15 days (probably sooner than that I was told). Hopefully the beginning of March it will show......I was assured they would reship until my packaeg hit the doorstep......just what i was told by Naps....Give them a chance - you know what they say about assuming.

I said either its at the post office, someone else at your residence got it or you are trying to scam naps since the delivery confirmation number shows it was delivered to your house. i told you what you need to do and have asked many times if you have done it and all you repond with is hostility and not answering my questions. The key thing with Naps as I read it, is a good reputation for standing behind product and shipments, good product, and good pricing. What I learned along with a batch of other newbies is how unpredictable the shipping arrangements are. Overall that makes for a good supplier if you use them in a smart way.

I am waiting on my first order to arrive since Payment approved on Jan 12th and shipped Jan 18th and told to wait another week last week.

I expect to be a happy customer after I receive by first order. But thanks to Dave.B I will be cautious in future to break up my orders and have an inventory to work from of while I wait. To ask Naps to go beyond that is to invite significantly higher costs to them and prices to us.

Save it w the poem, Mango ....2 months isnt normal by ANY means, and we all know about the shipping by now. IT BLOWS! At this point, people r pissed off and naps should be too. They know it's a nightmare...i'd sacrifice the price for 2 week delivery anyday...PLUS, we already pay the $25 fee....I can't imagine how long the $90 "express" would take. Month and a half? Get a grip

Express is 2-5 days depending on your countries customs and US customs is the toughest after Canada so that is why we dont get it. Express items get looked at closer. This is pissing off naps and pissing me off yes cause we cant do a damn thing about it but wait for them to show up and thank homeland security for beefing up and changing how packs enter the country. No longer are they all coming in on passenger planes like before but now some are on cargo planes and on boat. This is WAY WAY WAY out of the norm, evey pack i have gotten has taken about 19-22 days to reach me and im waiting on one now from before ALL of you have ordered and my cycle had to change too, so trust me i feel for you all and am doing as much as i can. Hell some of you will probably end up with double the gear from some of the reships that are being processed.

I've been using naps for 4+ years and naps is golden. In all that time I've only had one issue and that was just recently. My pack got snagged and there was nothing anyone could do. But naps reshipped it and I got it right away. That's great customer service. And GXR is the man that got it done within a few days of me PMing him.

That is why I think these guys bitching here are either 13 years olds with learning disabilities, or just completely full of shit. Someone offers to help you, tells you what to do to get your pack, and you don't bother following their advice??? Fucking bullshit.

I wouldn't call them unpredictable. I mean they ship right away. What happens when the pack leaves them is out of their hands. I've tracked packs before that have shown as shipped and verified later they were shipped when naps said they were. Some packs make it in a couple weeks, some take up to 5 or 6 weeks. Call it customs, usps, or the other overseas mail services. It is what it is. And guess what? ALL SOURCES GO THROUGH THE SAME THING. I've had the same thing happen with other well known sources who are also sponsors here.

Also, naps processes over 5,000 orders a month. How many late orders do you hear about? 5? 10? I'd say that's a pretty fucking great ratio. You know why you always read about the orders that don't make it or are very late? Because none of you fuckers ever post up when you get an order in 2 weeks!

If people made threads every time they had a good experience with naps, these threads about bad experiences would get buried under them constantly.

I've been using online sources for 10 years. I've been using naps almost exclusively for the last 4-5 years. They are the best in the game right now. Period.
