I think NAPS should try to manage client expectations better. They could add descriptive text within shipping section that "some orders may take up to six business weeks to USA due to possible custom delays" this will limit some from thinking there is a problem when the package takes longer than three weeks.

Yes ! Some on this board may have been quick to complain, I am happy that they have posted their issues. Their post helped me make a decision to order from a different source that ships faster until I receive my NAPS items.

Yes my order is overdue but I expect it, not because of the NAPS site, only because of people on this board.
 
I received my order today! Order shipped on Jan 18th. Received today Feb 24th.

Though I've been using naps here and there for years, I've been ordering small orders about every month since their last big sale (November I think?). I ordered twice in December (got some extra cash just before the end of the year-nice!). 5 in total, and 4 got to me within 3 weeks. One took about 5, I think. Very acceptable to me for coming from the other side of the world.

As I've said before, I think out of the 5,000 or so orders they process every month, probably 4,980 or so make it to their destination within the 3 week time frame given. That's 99.6%. It's the 20 orders that go over their stated time frame (or that people just think are taking too long) that we hear about. Very few of the other 4,980 successful ones do we ever hear about.

Even if it were 500 orders that went over the time frame, that would be 90% that went on time. That's at least what I have experienced. I'm sure if you guys who have experienced delays with your first order who all post up, would keep ordering, you'd see too that it's at least 90% of the time things come when they're supposed to.

This happens with every source from time to time, even a couple of other well known and respected sponsors here that I've personally experienced the same thing with (but I won't mention names in naps' forum). And things have gotten worse over the past couple years, which could be related to terrorism and heightened security.

You guys aren't alone. It sucks that, for what seems like the majority of you, it is happening on your first order. Bad luck? But there's no way it's like that with every order, unless you really do have horrible luck, lol! All these damn storms all over the US and other parts of the world too really seem to be slowing things down as well.

Just my thoughts and experiences. Take it for what you will.
 
is there a reason for such slow shipping? seems a bunch of people are waiting for naps including me. can't wait till it comes though!!
 
From my recent order with Naps and some other orders with other unnamed sources...shipping issues seem to be occurring across the board. From what I can see some have been effected by problems getting product out of China...Chinese customs, and then more problems with slow down in shipping forced by recent safety efforts in to US in response to international threats. And US Customs has stepped up as well. So, international products are running a tough gauntlet for Jan & Feb orders for sure, and not sure yet on March orders. Seems Naps and others are scrambling to make good on their promises, while dealing with changing logistical nightmare.

As for quality? I am a fan of what I ordered from Naps.
