I don't really like getting outside and running around in the sun. So I've chosen to play DDR for cardio exercise.
For those of you who don't know what DDR is, it's Dance Dance Revolution, a game.
Would you say this is as affective as running, or other intense cardio exercises? I've started playing for a minimum of 40 minutes per day, and I burn anywhere from 30-60 calories per song. I'm going to try using DDR combined with weight training to get in shape.
