DeadLift day?

on my split, my leg and back day fall back to back, and I am wondering which day do you guys think would be better for me to be hitting really heavy regular dead becasue they work both my back and Legs so well. Thanks for the help everyone
 
I'd do them on Back day but only if your not doing Squats on leg day.
 
Its up to you but I feel that regular deads hit my back WAY more than my legs so I'd leave regular deads on back day.

What I meant about squats is, don't do them a day apart from squats.
 
Either on their own day, or on leg day.

They work the spinal erectors, but most people consider "back" workouts to be the lats and other muscles of the upper back. On leg day most free weight movements (squats, stiff legged deadlifts, good mornings, etc.) are heavy on the lower back/erector spinae, so you may as well do your deads then.
 
I always train my lower back with my legs and the rest of my back on a seperate day.
