Will Deca or Eq help with elbow tendonitis? I've taken glucosamine, ibuprofin and fish oil.Ice it regularly- taken time off, but it still lingers?
Ok, if you are taking glucosamine and/or chondroiton with the fish oil, you more than likely aren't absorbing the fish oil anyway... Knox gelatin for nails works VERY well for helping repair tendons, ligaments, joints that have been abused... ALL of the EFA's will help you! You pretty much can't get too much essential fatty acids!! I would add flax and borage oil to the fish oil intake as well...
Now, as far as your question regarding deca or EQ.... you can actually use both without any additional side effects... they will both help in their own ways(though I would recommend NPP, rather than deca, to get it into your system more quickly... you can use deca and npp to kick it in quickly and keep it running for the long term)
I would also recommend boldenone cypionate over EQ(boldenone undecyclenate) for the same reason I suggested NPP, but also, it is just more boldenone per unit weight(the ester is FAR smaller!!) and it will give you far more results a lot more quickly!(PM me for source if you want)
The nandrolone(npp and deca) will help with regeneration of tendonous matter(ligaments, tendons, and joint, in general), It's highly advised by many for these properties, and works VERY well at it!!!
boldenone increases the rate of recovery of ALL tissues DRAMATICALLY, so it will help as well.. It increases RBC count and hematocrit GREATLY, which REALLY helps speed the rate of recovery of tissues and get more nutrients and oxygen to the areas of the body that need it.(bold cyp works 4x better than bold undecyclenate!)
To ease the pain of the tendonitis(I have had it several times throughout my life, in both arms... had cortisone injections(numerous) and all that...) you can get a wrap for your forearm. This works VERY well, and also helps the tendonitis heal!!! You can find these wraps at any pharmacy(ask the pharmacist)... where you place it is key! Even though the pain is in the elbow, you want the keep the wrap on the forearm, close to the elbow joint, but do not go past the elbow(higher), wrap it so that the top of the wrap is right at the bottom of the elbow protrusion on the back of your arm, so it is covering only the bottom half of the elbow... DO NOT COVER THE ENTIRE ELBOW, THIS WILL MAKE IT WORSE!
If you use the wrap, take the supps, and use the proper aas, you can alleviate the tendonitis within a month's time, usually(without cortisone injections)... If it is VERY sever, sometimes the cortisone injections will help, just don't let your dr keep giving them to you(after 3 of them you are getting to the point that you are breaking down tissue in that joint, rather than healing it... the cortisone is to alleviate the swelling in the joint, around the tendon... it doesn't 'heal' anything)
